Sr Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-focused Graphic Designer to support our marketing, ecommerce and digital design activity across our websites, brand stores, social channels and wider selling platforms. The role will involve creating engaging, on-brand visuals that support campaigns, product launches, website content, email marketing, social media, paid advertising and other digital assets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating graphics for websites, social media, email, paid ads and promotions
• Working with the marketing team to develop creative campaign ideas
• Understanding design briefs and producing visuals that meet requirements
• Creating banners, product graphics, campaign assets and other digital content
• Preparing design concepts and making changes based on feedback
• Using the right colours, fonts, images and layouts for each project
• Ensuring all designs are clear, attractive and on-brand
• Adapting graphics for different platforms, formats and screen sizes
• Using AI design tools where helpful to support ideas, editing and workflow
• Managing workload and meeting project deadlines

Qualifications and education requirements:

• Bachelors (Graphic Design, Fine Art, Visual Communication or a related subject is preferred)

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a graphic design role; Experience in ecommerce, retail or technology would be an advantage
• A strong portfolio of digital design, campaign work or marketing graphics
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Experience with tools such as Figma, Canva or Adobe Express would be beneficial
• Some experience using AI design tools, such as Chat GPT or similar
• Good eye for layout, colour, typography and excellent attention to detail
• Able to follow brand guidelines and create consistent designs
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Pay: Up to Rs420,000.00 per month
