Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, 2 to 3 years of relevant graphic design experience, and the ability to create engaging visuals for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and company products.
This role is suitable for someone who is passionate about design, eager to learn, and capable of supporting the design and marketing teams in creating high-quality visual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative visuals for social media posts, email marketing campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Create marketing materials, including banners, infographics, presentations, and promotional graphics.
- Assist in designing website and mobile application mockups, wireframes, and basic UI layouts.
- Support the team in developing creative concepts, graphics, and layouts based on business requirements.
- Work closely with the marketing, development, and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Assist in preparing design assets for developers and internal teams.
- Make revisions and improvements to designs based on feedback.
- Ensure all designs follow company branding guidelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative ideas.
- Manage assigned tasks within deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative design role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe XD, Figma, or After Effects will be a plus.
- Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and visually appealing designs.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to take ownership of assigned work.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design skills is required.
- Digital agency experience will be considered a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience in creating social media creatives, ads, and marketing campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or short video editing.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
