Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling designs that strengthen our brand identity across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual thinking, a solid design portfolio, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content.

You will work closely with marketing, content, and production teams to design assets that support campaigns, social media, video content, and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality visual content for digital and print platforms including social media posts, banners, thumbnails, advertisements, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all design outputs.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and video teams to create visually aligned campaign assets.
• Create engaging YouTube thumbnails, social media creatives, and promotional graphics.
• Translate creative briefs into clear, impactful visual concepts.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for platform specifications and audience engagement.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design or visual communication.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design work.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate designs efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Bonus Skills:

• Motion graphics or basic animation skills (After Effects).
• Experience in digital content creation for YouTube and social media growth.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with AI design tools and creative automation platforms.
