Graphic Designer

Red Carpet Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Graphic Designer to assist with preparing client artwork for large-format printing. This is primarily a production and layout role rather than a creative branding position.

Responsibilities:

• Review client-supplied artwork and verify files are print-ready.
• Check artwork resolution, dimensions, bleed, color settings, and overall print quality.
• Create and adjust layouts for banners, step & repeats, event signage, trade show graphics, vinyl wraps, decals, backdrops, and large-format displays.
• Scale artwork accurately to production specifications.
• Prepare final print files and send approved artwork to printers.
• Communicate with clients regarding artwork corrections when necessary.
• Ensure all files meet production deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Understanding of file setup, bleed, CMYK color, vector artwork, and image resolution requirements.
• Ability to identify and correct low-resolution artwork.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in event graphics, trade show displays, signage, vehicle wraps, and step & repeat backdrops.
• Knowledge of large-format printers and production workflows.
• Familiarity with fabric printing, vinyl graphics, and event branding materials.

Competitive hourly.
