This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects across multiple channels while partnering with teams throughout the organization, including Marketing, Product Development, Field Development, Events, and E-Commerce.

What You'll Do
- Create compelling digital and print marketing materials that support product launches, promotions, events, and business initiatives.
- Design social media graphics, digital advertising, email assets, website content, presentation materials, and distributor-facing communications.
- Support packaging, product collateral, merchandising, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into effective creative solutions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer and distributor touchpoints.
- Participate in creative concept development and contribute fresh ideas that elevate the SeneGence brand.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Prepare production-ready files and ensure accuracy across all deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital and print design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience designing for consumer brands, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, direct sales, retail, or e-commerce environments preferred.
- Experience creating content optimized for social media and digital marketing channels.
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.
