Key Responsibilities
- Enrollment Campaigns: Design engaging visual assets for student recruitment ads, landing pages, and newsletters.
- Campus Video & Voiceover: Edit video shoots of campus events, student interviews, or campus tours, and add clear voiceovers or audio tracks when required under instruction of marketing manager also shoot if required .
- AI Tool Integration: Use AI tools to generate creative concepts, expand imagery, and speed up design and video production workflows.
- Social Media & Web: Create eye-catching graphics, Reels, and stories for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook to connect with students and parents.
- Print Materials: Design official university brochures, flyers, banners, and event programs.
- Brand Integrity: Ensure all marketing materials stay true to the university's official brand guidelines and academic reputation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in graphic design and basic video editing, preferably in higher education or a marketing agency.
- Design Software: Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Video & Audio Software: Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects) and audio tools for editing voiceovers.
- AI Tools: Hands-on experience with AI design or video tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or Canva AI.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showing a mix of graphic design, higher education marketing assets, and short-form video work.
