Graphic Designer

Job Responsibilities

  • Design static and motion ad creatives for Meta/Google campaigns across multiple client brands — fast turnaround, high volume
  • Build and maintain creative systems per brand: templates, design libraries, and reusable formats that keep output consistent without looking repetitive
  • Translate ad copy, proof points, and offers into visuals that actually communicate the hook — not just "make it pretty"
  • Design organic social content (page posts, branded graphics) following brand guidelines Iterate quickly based on performance feedback — if a creative isn't working, adjust the visual hierarchy, messaging emphasis, or format and re-test
  • Work from AI-generated image outputs (Gemini/Midjourney-style assets) and refine/composite them into finished ad creatives
  • Manage multiple client brand identities simultaneously without mixing up tone, color palettes, or fonts

Job Requirements

  • Self-starter who can take a rough brief and run with it — we're not looking for someone who needs every detail spelled out or asks for sign-off at every step. If you spot a better way to execute something, take initiative and show us, don't just wait for instructions.
  • 2+ years of design experience, ideally with direct-response or performance marketing work (not just brand/print design)
  • Strong portfolio showing ad creatives — not just branding decks or social aesthetics
  • Proficiency in Figma/Photoshop/Illustrator (or equivalent); After Effects or Canva motion skills a plus
  • An eye for what makes an ad stop the scroll — understanding of visual hierarchy, contrast, and how to lead the eye to the offer
  • Ability to work fast across multiple briefs/brands in a single day without quality dropping Strong written English for understanding briefs and giving feedback to the team

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
