Job Summary

Salt Pakistan is seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that strengthen our brand identity, support marketing campaigns, and enhance customer engagement across digital and print platforms.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry and a strong understanding of restaurant branding, food presentation, and promotional marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative marketing materials for digital and print media.
• Create social media posts, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and branding assets.
• Develop menus, flyers, brochures, standees, banners, and in-store promotional materials.
• Design engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Edit and enhance food photography for marketing purposes.
• Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and visual identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Create motion graphics and basic video content for social media campaigns.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry trends and design best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Hospitality, or Retail industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Canva and video editing software is an advantage.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and branding expertise.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
