Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their expertise in digital and print design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and an understanding of how to create visually compelling content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop engaging visuals for digital campaigns, social media, advertisements, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Create engaging visual content for digital platforms, including social media graphics, banners, infographics, email templates, and website assets.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and reinforce brand guidelines across all design work to ensure a cohesive and professional brand image.
• Print Design: Design collateral for print media, including brochures, posters, banners, and promotional materials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to translate project requirements and objectives into creative designs.
• Concept Development: Brainstorm and develop design concepts that communicate key messages effectively and resonate with target audiences.
• Quality Assurance: Review and ensure the accuracy of all design files, including checking for alignment, color, and layout issues, before finalizing.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas and inspiration to the team.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are executed efficiently.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software. Experience with tools like Figma or Canva is a plus.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, including digital and print examples.
• Creativity: Strong visual sense and creative thinking skills, with a focus on effective communication through design.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all design work.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members effectively.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with social media design best practices.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and how design can enhance engagement.
