Graphic Designer - Agency

Our agency client in the Orange County area is looking for a Graphic Designer with design execution and creative strategy experience. This contract-to-hire position will consist of roughly 70% design execution and 30% creative strategy , so we're looking for someone who can take a concept from an idea to a polished deliverable. You will also need experience presenting your work to clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute creative projects across digital and print: websites, campaigns, presentations, and more
• Develop strategic concepts that align with client goals and translate them into compelling visuals
• Design hands-on using Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop-delivering web-ready and print-ready work
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution and timely delivery
• Represent creative work in client meetings, present concepts, and incorporate feedback
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail
• Contribute to a collaborative, trend-aware creative culture
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years in creative design roles with a strong portfolio across web, branding, print, and presentations
• Prior agency experience is a plus
• Ability to work onsite one day per week (Wednesdays)
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe InDesign, and proficiency in the full Adobe Creative Suite
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and collaboration tools like Teams
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Degree in art, design, or related field preferred-but experience and portfolio matter most
