Take Responsibility – The Position: Graphic Designer, Americas

As the Graphic Designer – Americas, you will play a key role in shaping the visual expression of the Stokke brand across the region. You will develop compelling marketing and advertising creative that supports all product categories (Seating, Exploring, Feeding, Bathing), ensuring our visual identity is both elevated and consistent across all channels.

This role is part of the Americas Marketing Team and reports to the Brand Marketing Director, Americas. You will collaborate closely with Global Creative, external agencies, Sales, and cross-functional partners to bring concepts to life—from ideation to final production—while maintaining strong brand alignment.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of modern design principles.

This position is based in Stamford, CT, with three days per week in the office (hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

Creative Development & Execution

  • Create engaging, on-brand marketing and advertising assets across digital, print, and retail channels.

  • Produce creative for social media, email, landing pages, retail POS, trade materials, presentations, and campaign toolkits.

  • Translate regional business needs into visually compelling storytelling aligned with Stokke’s premium aesthetic.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Global Creative, local agencies, and the Americas Sales and Marketing teams.

  • Guide concepts from early-stage ideation through to final production and delivery.

  • Ensure clarity, consistency, and brand fidelity across all visual touchpoints.

Brand Standards & Production Quality

  • Ensure every asset meets global brand guidelines and reinforces Stokke’s visual identity.

  • Prepare accurate, complete production files for digital and print channels.

  • Maintain a high standard of craft, detail, and visual quality across all deliverables.

Better Together – The Ideal Profile

Experience Required

  • 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or client-side).

  • Proven experience designing across a wide range of brand and marketing channels.

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.

  • Experience with video editing or art direction is a strong plus.

Special Requirements

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating clarity, craft, and consistent visual storytelling (required).

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently from concept to completion.

  • Highly collaborative and open to constructive feedback and cross-functional input.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to generate fresh, on-trend ideas.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.

  • Ability to work hybrid: 3 days per week in the Stamford, CT office.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.
