Graphic Designer Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print materials, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

Develop and execute a content calendar, producing fresh, high-quality visual and written content that aligns with brand goals.

Generate creative concepts for new campaigns and initiatives from start to finish.

Ensure brand consistency in all design and content, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across all channels.

Manage multiple projects efficiently, from ideation to final delivery, while meeting tight deadlines.

Stay up-to-date on the latest design and content trends to keep our brand fresh and innovative.

Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and produce daily content and campaigns.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in graphic design and content creation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.

A proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a bonus.

Added Advantage: Ready and enthusiastic about contributing to a startup environment.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, New grad

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kuwait City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
