Job Title

Graphic Designer & Video EditorWith a competitive salary of 3.5 to 4.2 LPA and real growth opportunities

What This Role Is Really About

You’ll be:

• Creating content that drives marketing results
• Working closely with strategy and automation
• Helping brands communicate clearly and creatively
• Becoming a core part of a growing team

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for ads, social media, and branding
• Edit short form videos (Reels, Ads, Shorts)
• Create marketing visuals that align with brand strategy
• Handle photo editing and motion graphics
• Collaborate with the team on campaigns and ideas
• Maintain consistency with brand mission and vision
• Work on both ads content and organic marketing content

Skills Required

Must Have:

• Strong graphic design sense
• Video editing skills (short form focused)
• Understanding of marketing oriented creatives
• Ability to handle ads & marketing content

Tools (any equivalent is fine):

• Photoshop / Illustrator
• Premiere Pro / After Effects (or similar)
• Canva (for quick executions)

Soft Skills (Very Important):

• Team collaboration mindset
• Openness to feedback
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Growth mentality
