Graphic Designer and Video Editor

Falconxoft is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer and Video Editor with at least three years of professional experience to join our creative team. This will be a Hybrid Job at our DHA Phase 8 Lahore office. The ideal candidate will excel at creating visually compelling graphics and dynamic video content that reinforces our brand identity and engages a diverse audience. This role requires expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, alongside strong abilities in motion graphics, color correction, and storytelling through visuals.

The role demands a creative mindset and technical proficiency in video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production processes. Candidates must demonstrate a solid understanding of videography, lighting, sound, and camera techniques. The professional must stay current with the latest trends and software updates in video editing and graphic design to maintain the company’s competitive edge. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to the company’s visual storytelling and branding efforts, producing high-quality content for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal initiatives that reflect Falconxoft’s innovative spirit.

Responsibilities:

• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content tailored for social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and internal use.
• Design and create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects utilizing Adobe After Effects and complementary editing tools.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to develop creative video concepts that align with Falconxoft’s brand identity and messaging.
• Apply advanced color correction, image retouching, and photo editing techniques to enhance visual composition and storytelling.
• Use Adobe Photoshop layers, layer masking, and non-destructive editing workflows to create polished graphic designs.
• Manage the photo editing workflow efficiently using Adobe Lightroom and other relevant software to optimize image quality.
• Maintain knowledge of current video trends, editing techniques, and industry-standard software tools to continuously improve content quality.
• Understand and implement social media video format requirements and optimization strategies to maximize viewer engagement.
• Demonstrate proficiency in non-linear editing (NLE) systems to enhance video editing flexibility and precision.
• Execute branding and identity design projects following brand style guides to ensure cohesive visual communication.
• Operate camera equipment effectively, applying expertise in lighting, sound, and shot composition to capture superior footage.
• Continuously explore innovative creative strategies and technical solutions to elevate the company's video and graphic content output.
