Graphic Designer & Visual Content Creator
Location: DHA- Phase 8
Timings : 6pm-3am
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, dedicated, and efficient Graphic Designer to take ownership of the visual identity and asset creation across a portfolio of multiple internal brands and high-priority corporate initiatives. This role is critical to enhancing our overall visual communication and market presence. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of managing a high volume of diverse design requests with speed and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Brand Asset Creation: Design and deliver comprehensive marketing collateral, including digital ads, web banners, presentations, and print materials, ensuring strong visual consistency across all established brand guidelines.
- Web & Digital Documentation Design: Create high-impact visual assets for large digital projects, including infographics for long-form reports, professional layouts for presentations, and core graphics for new website launches.
- Social Media Visuals: Produce engaging, timely visuals for all social channels, ensuring maximum visual impact and adherence to platform specifications for diverse audiences.
- Video & Motion Graphics: Edit and produce short-form video content for social media campaigns and digital channels, including cutting, captioning, and adding basic motion graphics.
- Project Management: Manage the entire design workflow from initial concept through final delivery, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining an exceptional standard of output quality.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in professional graphic design, preferably supporting multiple internal clients or brands.
- Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital and print design work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design choices clearly.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in Video Editing and Production: Demonstrated proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
- Experience creating motion graphics, animated GIFs, and short video loops for digital advertising.
- Familiarity with web design principles and asset optimization for various platforms (desktop and mobile).
