We’re looking for a versatile
Graphic Designer & Animator
with strong creative and technical skills in both 2D and 3D design. The role supports AKI Group’s marketing and brand initiatives by producing high-impact visuals, motion graphics, and 3D animations across campaigns, digital platforms, and events. You’ll work with the Group Marketing & Communications team and business-unit marketers to bring ideas to life through dynamic storytelling and polished execution.
Key Responsibilities

Brand Ownership:
Lead and manage the AKI Group’s visual identity, ensuring consistency and excellence across digital, print, and physical assets. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines.

Creative Design & Animation:
Develop engaging visuals and motion content for social media, digital campaigns, events, and internal communications from static layouts to 2D and 3D animation.

3D Modelling & Rendering:
Support the creation of 3D assets, logo animations, product visualisations or event mock-ups that align with brand standards.

Content Production:
Edit and animate short-form videos, reels, and motion graphics using best-practice storytelling, pacing, and sound synchronization.

Collaboration:
Work with designers, marketing specialists, and event teams to translate creative briefs into compelling visual outputs.

Innovation & Research:
Stay current with emerging design tools, animation techniques, and motion trends to continuously elevate AKI’s creative standards.

Quality Assurance:
Review, critique, and approve creative work to ensure it meets AKI’s brand standards and delivers impact
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field.

3–4 years of professional experience in design and motion graphics, ideally within an agency or multi-brand environment.

Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Strong skills in
3D software
(Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent) for modelling and rendering.

Knowledge of
Figma
or other UI tools is an advantage.

Understanding of typography, layout, colour, and motion principles.

Ability to manage multiple briefs and deliver under tight timelines with strong attention to detail.

Creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling and innovation.

Fluent in English; bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in WebGL, AR/VR visuals, or interactive motion assets.

Exposure to brand-identity systems and campaign rollouts.

Familiarity with corporate or group-level communication projects.
