Job Title: Graphic Designer Associate

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer Associate for Sowears.

We’re looking for someone who’s strong in graphic design with a good eye for modern, clean, performance-driven creatives.

What you’ll do:

• Design high-converting ad creatives for Meta & digital campaigns
• Work on static & basic motion/video edits
• Adapt creatives for different campaigns (sales, product, brand, etc.)

What we’re looking for:

• 1-2 Year Experience
• Strong skills in graphic design (must-have)
• Basic video editing skills (Reels / short-form ads)
• Familiarity with AI tools for creative production (a plus)
• Understanding of performance marketing creatives is a big advantage
• Fast turnaround + ability to handle multiple variations

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with e-commerce fashion brands
• Understanding of ad performance (CTR, hook rates, etc.)
