Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 6 to 12 months of experience, or a fresher with a basic skill set and a proven portfolio.

The designer will support our content, social media, and news channels by creating visual designs and performing basic editing tasks for digital content.

You should be someone who is presentable, flexible, respectful, and able to communicate clearly. If you are passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to work in a professional environment, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media posts, marketing materials, and internal communication.
• Assist with visual editing for news-related content (basic editing skills required).
• Create clean and engaging layouts, thumbnails, and visuals for daily content.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to understand design requirements.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital designs.
• Deliver tasks within deadlines and adapt quickly to revision needs.
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional work attitude.

Requirements

• 6–12 months of experience in graphic design (preferred).
• Freshers with basic design knowledge + portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (basic level acceptable).
• Basic understanding of video or image editing for news-style content.
• Strong sense of creativity, color, typography, and layout.
• Good verbal communication skills; must be presentable and confident.
• Ability to understand instructions clearly and work in a respectful environment.
• Flexible attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
