Responsibilities:

• Design engaging visuals for brand campaigns, digital ads, social media, and some print collateral.
• Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, and content creators to bring campaign ideas to life.
• Translate client brand guidelines into compelling visual storytelling.
• Use AI-powered design tools to:
• Generate concept art, moodboards, and rapid design prototypes.
• Explore variations and creative options at scale using text-to-image tools.
• Enhance or refine visual assets (upscaling, background replacement, smart object editing).
• Experiment with generative design techniques to push creative boundaries.
• Adapt designs quickly based on feedback and campaign needs.
• Stay on top of both design trends and AI advancements to keep our work cutting-edge.

Requirements:

• In office availability Monday through Friday.
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Creative flair and the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
