Graphic Designer – Brand Activation & Events

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-focused Graphic Designer to join our brand activation and events team. This role is ideal for designers with strong conceptual abilities and hands-on experience in creating visual solutions for brand activations, exhibitions, booths, and live events. The successful candidate will be recruited from Pakistan and placed in Jeddah, KSA.

The ideal candidate must present a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in experiential design, spatial concepts, and event-focused visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design visual solutions for brand activations, exhibitions, booths, and events
• Create event branding elements including booth designs, signage, backdrops, displays, and promotional materials
• Convert creative briefs and campaign objectives into impactful visual executions
• Support the development of experiential and on-ground activation concepts
• Prepare presentations, mood boards, mockups, and creative proposals for clients
• Collaborate closely with marketing, events, creative, and production teams
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs
• Deliver print-ready and production-ready artwork
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline
• Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in brand activation, events, or experiential marketing
• Strong portfolio showcasing booth designs, event visuals, concept designs, and brand activations (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of 3D tools is an added advantage
• Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling capabilities
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Fluency in both English and Arabic, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with event agencies, branding agencies, or activation teams
• Understanding of exhibition production processes, materials, and on-ground execution
• Prior exposure to the KSA market is an advantage

Placement Information

• Selected candidates will be recruited from Pakistan and deployed to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
• Overseas placement terms will be shared with shortlisted candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs295,000.00 - Rs448,000.00 per month
