Graphic Designer – Brand Activation & Events

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our brand activation and events team. The role focuses on developing strong visual concepts for brand activations, booth and exhibition designs, events, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio demonstrating experience in experiential, spatial, and concept-driven design.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative visual concepts for brand activations, exhibitions, booths, and events
• Design booth layouts, event branding, signage, backdrops, and promotional materials
• Translate brand and campaign briefs into compelling visual executions
• Support concept development for experiential marketing and on-ground activations
• Create presentations, mood boards, and mockups for client proposals
• Collaborate closely with marketing, events, and production teams
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs and materials
• Prepare print-ready and production-ready artwork
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in brand activation, events, or experiential marketing
• Strong portfolio showcasing booth designs, event visuals, concept designs, and brand activations (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; 3D tools are a plus)
• Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with event agencies, branding agencies, or activation teams
• Knowledge of exhibition production processes and materials
• Experience in the KSA market is an advantage
