The Graphic Designer & Brand Designer is responsible for creating and managing the visual identity and brand image of Bella Roma Specialty Hospital, a specialized facility providing cosmetic surgery and aesthetic medical services.

The role focuses on delivering high-end, ethical, and medically compliant branding that reflects the hospital’s expertise in plastic surgery, cosmetic procedures, and aesthetic treatments, while strictly adhering to Dubai Health Authority (DHA) advertising regulations and patient confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Brand Identity & Cosmetic Surgery Branding

  • Develop, maintain, and enforce the hospital’s brand identity as a premium cosmetic surgery hospital.
  • Create and update:
  • Brand guidelines, visual standards, and usage rules
  • Department-specific and surgeon-specific branding
  • Visual identity for cosmetic surgery packages and services
  • Ensure consistent branding across:
  • Hospital premises
  • Patient-facing materials
  • Digital and print communications

2. Graphic Design & Creative Production

  • Design professional marketing materials related to cosmetic surgery and aesthetics, including:
  • Brochures and booklets for surgical procedures
  • Flyers, posters, banners, and roll-ups
  • Patient education and awareness materials
  • Internal hospital visuals and signage
  • Prepare artwork for:
  • Print production (bleed, color profiles, resolution)
  • Digital platforms and in-hospital screens

3. Cosmetic Surgery & Medical Visual Content

  • Design visuals explaining:
  • Plastic and cosmetic surgery procedures
  • Pre-operative and post-operative care
  • Recovery timelines and safety protocols
  • Create DHA-compliant templates for:
  • Before & After images (where permitted)
  • Surgical outcomes and treatment explanations
  • Surgeon profiles and qualifications
  • Ensure all visuals are accurate, respectful, and non-misleading.

4. Collaboration with Surgeons & Medical Teams

  • Work closely with:
  • Plastic surgeons
  • Anesthesiologists
  • Nursing and clinical staff
  • Translate medical and surgical information into clear, patient-friendly visual designs.
  • Revise designs based on medical accuracy and compliance feedback.

5. Compliance, Ethics & Patient Confidentiality

  • Ensure full compliance with:
  • DHA cosmetic surgery advertising guidelines
  • UAE healthcare marketing laws
  • Hospital internal policies
  • Verify written patient consent before using:
  • Surgical images
  • Videos
  • Testimonials
  • Maintain secure storage and controlled access to all clinical visual assets.

6. Quality Control & Brand Governance

  • Review all design materials prior to release.
  • Audit existing cosmetic surgery marketing materials for:
  • Brand consistency
  • Visual quality
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Update outdated or non-compliant visuals promptly.

7. Innovation & Industry Awareness

  • Stay updated with:
  • Global cosmetic surgery branding trends
  • Aesthetic medicine design standards
  • Luxury healthcare visual communication
  • Propose creative improvements while maintaining medical credibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
