POSITION TITLE: Graphic Designer (Color Separation / Film Printing Specialist) - Screen Printing

Job: full-time, intermediate to mid-level
Salary: $20-23 / Hr

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Must know how to use Color Separation Software
• Must know how to print films using film printer
• Must speak Spanish
• Work with the graphic designers on getting the proper artwork for separating / film printing
• Collaborate closely with our Production team to ensure seamless integration of graphics into the production process in-house.
• Manage strike-off's and supervising the screen printers on using the right color inks, and that the prints are coming out up to our standards, and reflecting the original mock ups
• Collaborating with the screen printers to make sure they have the right films for all color ways that are being printed

WHO YOU ARE:

• ** MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SCREEN PRINTING, KNOWLEDGE OF ALL STEPS, FILM PRINTING, BURNING SCREENS, MIXING INKS... ETC **
• Associate’s degree or related work experience in Graphic Design (3+ years)
• Experience and understanding of graphic design, printing with various techniques, and sizing / color separation.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe CS (Photoshop + Illustrator)
• Knowledge of the streetwear fashion industry, including current trends, styles, and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs, with strong time management and organization skills.
• Must be able to complete challenging deadlines under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects at a time while working to a high standard.
• Strong self-motivator, able to accomplish different tasks with minimal supervision.
• Portfolio to support experience (must be included with application).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
• Knowledge of using DTF printer +++
