Graphic Designer & Content Creator

BAE MODEST is a Dubai-based modest fashion brand specializing in premium swimwear, activewear, and resort wear for women. Our collections are designed for confident, modern women who value modesty, comfort, and style. With a strong presence among both UAE locals and international tourists, we are expanding our creative team.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Graphic Designer & Content Creator with at least 2 years of experience in design and digital content creation. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, trend-aware, and capable of bringing fresh ideas to life across multiple platforms.

This role requires a hands-on individual who can both design and execute content — from concept development to final edit.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging visuals for social media, website, email marketing, and advertising campaigns
• Create compelling graphics using tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design software
• Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Stories) using CapCut and other video editing tools
• Capture high-quality photos and videos using professional cameras and mobile devices
• Assist in planning and executing creative campaigns for product launches and seasonal collections
• Develop mood boards, storyboards, and creative concepts aligned with brand identity
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials
• Support the marketing team with content scheduling and optimization
• Stay updated with UAE and global fashion/content trends
• Assist during photoshoots and campaign productions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and content creation
• Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, and video editing tools
• Experience using DSLR/Mirrorless cameras for content capture
• Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat)
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fashion environment
• Highly motivated, proactive, and team-oriented
• Experience in fashion, swimwear, or lifestyle brands is a plus
