Role Overview

We’re on the hunt for a Graphic Designer cum Content Creator who can turn real estate listings into visual experiences and build a strong digital presence across social media. If you live and breathe design, know how to craft scroll-stopping content, and understand what makes audiences engage—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visuals for property listings, social media, brochures, and ads
• Create engaging content (graphics, captions, reels, stories) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all channels
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to highlight property features creatively
• Manage and grow our social media presence through strategic posting and community engagement
• Stay updated on design trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of proven experience as a graphic designer cum content creator in the real estate sector
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools)
• Excellent written and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Fluent in English and other languages is a plus
• Resident of Dubai
