We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer cum Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visual content and managing social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive digital growth.
Responsabilities
- Develop creative designs for digital platforms including banners, posts, reels, videos, emailers, and advertisements.
- Design offline materials such as brochures, flyers, packaging, and other marketing collateral.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce campaign visuals.
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Plan, schedule, and publish content using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Monitor performance analytics and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments, and build community engagement.
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in graphic design and social media management.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, etc.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience behavior.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Video editing and animation skills are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge of basic SEO, paid ad campaigns, and influencer marketing is an advantage.
