SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist who can join immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, ads)
• Develop social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers
• Monitor comments, messages, and respond promptly
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams for campaigns and promotions
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills are an advantage
• Excellent communication and content-writing skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Immediate joiner preferred
