Job Title: Graphic Designer cum Video Editor

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Designing:

• Design engaging creatives for social media, websites, ad campaigns, brand collaterals, presentations, and digital promotions.
• Create branding materials like logos, brochures, posters, banners, and other marketing assets.
• Understand and maintain brand guidelines while bringing fresh design perspectives.

Video Editing:

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, YouTube, websites, and advertising campaigns.
• Create reels, motion graphics, animated posts, explainer videos, and promotional videos.
• Add effects, transitions, background music, subtitles, and other post-production enhancements.

Creative Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Content, Marketing, and Social Media teams to develop cohesive, campaign-driven creatives.
• Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for ad campaigns, brand stories, and social media engagement strategies.

Skills & Requirements:

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (knowledge of Lightroom and InDesign is a plus)
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout aesthetics
Knowledge of latest digital trends, social media formats, and video content styles (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bonus: Basic knowledge of 3D design, Canva, Figma, or UI/UX designing tools

Educational Qualification:

Degree/Diploma/Certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or related fields. (Talent & portfolio matter more than the degree!)
