About Us

We are a fast-paced, high-volume print and marketing company looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. This is not an entry-level position. We need a creative, production-minded professional who can design visually compelling materials while understanding the technical requirements of print production, signage, branded apparel, and logo development.

Responsibilities

• Design custom print materials including business cards, brochures, postcards, banners, flyers, signage, and promotional products
• Create professional logo designs and brand identity packages for businesses
• Develop artwork for custom apparel including T-shirts, uniforms, DTF, screen print, and embroidery applications
• Design and prepare large-format signage, vehicle graphics, window graphics, and banners
• Prepare customer-supplied files for accurate print production
• Operate within brand standards while also creating original concepts
• Collaborate with customers and team members to bring ideas to life
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Ensure artwork is print-ready with proper bleeds, color modes, and file specifications
• Assist with production workflow when needed in a busy shop environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years professional graphic design experience (print shop, sign shop, apparel, or agency preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience designing for print production, signage, and apparel decoration
• Understanding of vector artwork, color correction, typography, and layout design
• Knowledge of wide-format printing, garment decoration, and branding is highly preferred
• Ability to create original logos and marketing materials from concept to final production
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred Experience

• Sign shop design
• Vehicle wrap or large-format graphics
• DTF, screen print, or embroidery design prep
• Print estimating or customer order intake
• Prepress and production workflow
