Graphic Designer / Customer Service - Pittsburgh North Side

Minuteman Press, the world's largest and top-rated digital print, marketing, and design organization is seeking a candidate for a Graphic Designer/Customer Service Rep in their Pittsburgh, PA (North Side) location. We are looking for someone with an interest in the print industry and a desire to learn new technology.

Main Duties include Graphic Design, Customer Service, and Light Print Production.

Our successful candidate will:

• Be able to work independently as well as function in a team environment. Also be able to multi-task/handle several jobs simultaneously.
• Must have organization skills.
• Must have good Customer Service Skills.
• Have experience with advanced office copiers/digital printing.
• Have experience with print shop finishing equipment; cutting, folding, padding, insertion etc.
• Have a background in Graphic Design for print production. If you know how to setup bleed on a multi-page document - we want to meet you!
• Have working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Have strong computer skills for learning new quoting/invoicing software.

Experience in a print or copy shop is preferred.

FedEx Office, Staples Print/Copy Center, OfficeMax, or UPS store experience is beneficial.

Duties for this role include but are not limited to:

• Managing projects that involve a wide range of high-quality printing.
• Working within deadlines to meet customers' timing.
• Reviewing job specifications from work orders and ensuring that client files are accurate to produce jobs.
• Working with data storage, locating customer files for specific work orders and preparing the files for printing.
• Maintaining a neat and orderly work area.
• Other print shop-related duties as necessary.

Monday through Friday, Daylight Only. No Nights or Weekends. No Holidays.

Compensation is commensurate with the selected candidate's experience.
