Graphic Designer (Data Entry & Canva Specialist)

We are a growing company that specializes in data entry and document formatting. We're looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer who is also comfortable handling data entry and Canva-based tasks. Most of the work will involve working with templates, formatting books, and designing simple yet clean layouts using Canva.

Responsibilities:

• Format books, reports, and documents using Canva or similar tools
• Add data/content into pre-designed templates
• Ensure alignment, spacing, and print-readiness of documents
• Make design adjustments as per client feedback
• Occasionally assist with basic data entry tasks related to documents

Requirements:

• Proficient in Canva (must have experience with document and template design)
• Good eye for alignment, fonts, and layout consistency
• Basic understanding of document formatting principles
• Attention to detail
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

• Experience in book formatting or whitepaper design
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, or Google Docs
• Basic English communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 per month
