Graphic Designer & Data Entry for Online Stores

Work Designs is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Eunice, LA. This full-time position combines graphic design and data management responsibilities, helping to maintain and grow our online store platforms.

The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and proficient in both technical and design tools. They should be able to multitask effectively, work independently and collaboratively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Online Store & Data Management
• Add, edit, and remove products across multiple online stores.
• Add, edit, and remove users and manage user points.
• Add, edit, and remove stores as needed.
• Maintain product pricing
• Construct and maintain Online Store Reports.
• Perform routine audits to ensure store and product data integrity.
• Process and manage incoming and outgoing digital paperwork.

Graphic Design, Marketing & Social Media

• Generate artwork for online store company products. May have to help with our other production departments designs (Screen Print, Embroidery, Signs, Promotional, and Paper)
• Design, post, and maintain content for social media channels.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, including email promotions.
• Create and maintain online store layouts and branding.
• Collaborate with team members on design and data projects.

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of vector-based design programs (Adobe Illustrator, Flexi, etc.).
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in e-commerce or online product management is a plus.
• Experience creating social media and email marketing content is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $1.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
