Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing (Bahraini)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute visually appealing designs for a variety of print and digital assets, including but not limited to logos, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website graphics, and presentations.
• Ensure design work aligns with the company's brand guidelines, visual identity, and overall aesthetic.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts.
• Continuously stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and industry standards.
• Provide design revisions and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and finalize projects.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Assist with the production and delivery of final design assets.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a fast-paced, agency or in-house design environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent conceptual and creative thinking skills, with the ability to translate abstract ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Demonstrated experience in creating a variety of design assets, including logos, print materials, digital graphics, and presentations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with design trends and continuously learning and improving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD400.000 - BD500.000 per month
