Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our publishing team. The designer will be responsible for book layouts, cover designs, branding materials, and digital assets for educational publications. The ideal candidate must be proficient in CorelDRAW, understand print production processes, and consistently deliver functional, visually appealing designs within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Book Design & Publishing

• Design and format inner pages of books with clear text alignment and engaging activity layouts
• Create eye-catching book covers and packaging concepts
• Collaborate with editors and proofreaders to ensure design accuracy
• Prepare final print-ready files (resolution, bleed, margins, CMYK color setup)
• Maintain style, formatting, and branding consistency across publication series

Branding & Marketing Design

• Design logos, flyers, catalogues, banners, and brochures
• Support marketing campaigns with digital assets (social media posts, email banners, etc.)
• Design sample kits and sales presentations for school outreach
• Ensure all visual materials reflect a cohesive and professional brand identity

Required Skills & Tools

• Expertise in CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory)
• Familiarity with AI-based design tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney)
• Ability to type in Urdu and familiarity with Urdu fonts
• Understanding of print production standards and quality control

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• 2–3 years of professional experience in book design, publishing, or print media
• A strong portfolio showcasing book interiors, covers, and branding work is required
