3D POSM Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D POSM Designer to conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality 3D visuals for Point of Sale Materials (POSM), in-store branding, and trade marketing activations. The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense, hands-on 3D design skills, and experience in working with FMCG or retail brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and visualize 3D concepts for POSM including product displays, kiosks, counters, shelves, and other in-store branding elements.
• Collaborate closely with brand teams, production, and client servicing to ensure design feasibility and brand consistency.
• Prepare mockups, renderings, and production-ready files for vendors and fabrication partners.
• Translate brand guidelines and marketing briefs into engaging 3D retail designs.
• Maintain and update a library of POSM designs for reference and future use.
• Ensure all designs meet cost, quality, and timeline parameters.
• Work with materials, finishes, and structural details to optimize production efficiency.
• Support photo-realistic rendering and presentation decks for client approvals.

Required Skills & Software Expertise

• 3D Design Software: 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, or SketchUp
• Rendering Engines: V-Ray, Corona, KeyShot (or equivalent)
• Graphic Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Layout Tools: AutoCAD (for dimensions & technical drawings)
• Strong understanding of materials, lighting, textures, and spatial design
• Attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines

Qualifications

• Diploma in Design, Architecture, or Fine Arts
• 2–5 years of experience in 3D POSM, exhibition design, or retail branding
• Portfolio showcasing POSM and 3D retail designs
