3D Visualizer Artist

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements, including architectural blueprints and CAD models.
• Create 3D models, textures, lighting, and animations for visual representation of construction projects such as residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Produce photorealistic renderings and virtual walkthroughs to help clients and stakeholders visualize the final product.
• Prepare visual assets and presentations to assist in design decision-making, client meetings, and marketing materials.
• Ensure all 3D visualizations adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, software tools, and techniques to continually improve work output.
• Work with the project team to incorporate any necessary revisions and adjust visualizations based on feedback.
• Provide creative input into project designs by proposing enhancements and visual ideas.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in 3D visualization software (such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, SketchUp, or similar).
• Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
• Experience with rendering and lighting techniques to achieve photorealistic results.
• Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) is a plus.
• Familiarity with post-production software such as Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Ability to create accurate 3D models and textures from architectural drawings, concepts, and sketches.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to present complex information visually.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous 3D visualizations for construction, architecture, or design projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Architecture, 3D Design, Fine Arts, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
• Experience working in a construction or architectural firm.
• Knowledge of virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) for immersive visualizations.
• Familiarity with other visualization software such as Enscape or Twinmotion.

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
