We are looking for a creative and motivated Fresher Architect to join our team and contribute to our iconic projects, including Elysium Mall & Residency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior architects in designing residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare architectural drawings, 2D plans, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Support in creating client presentations, design concepts, and project proposals.
• Conduct research on materials, building codes, and construction techniques relevant to our projects.
• Attend site visits and assist in monitoring project progress under supervision.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure timely execution.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, specifications, and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
• Knowledge of architectural software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
• Basic understanding of building codes, materials, and construction processes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Portfolio showcasing academic projects or internships.
• Interest in sustainable design and modern architectural trends.
