Max & Mallhi is a growing architectural and construction firm committed to delivering innovative, sustainable, and premium-quality design and build solutions. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Architect to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed construction drawings
• Prepare 3D models, visualizations, and presentation boards
• Coordinate with engineering, interior, and construction teams to ensure design execution
• Conduct independent site visits, inspections, and progress reporting
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficient in SketchUp, 3D Max, and AutoCAD (or relevant design software)
• Strong understanding of construction processes and architectural standards
• Excellent communication, design sense, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently and handle site visits confidently

Preference:

• Candidates with their own vehicle or conveyance (due to frequent site visits) will be preferred
