Architect

1. Design & Planning

• Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Prepare layout plans, 3D models, elevations, and working drawings.
• Ensure functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability in design concepts.
• Create presentation boards and renderings for client and management approvals.

2. Project Coordination

• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
• Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to ensure design implementation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy.
• Revise drawings and specifications based on site or client feedback.

3. Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
• Liaise with government authorities for approvals and NOCs.

4. Innovation & Research

• Stay updated with new materials, technologies, and design trends.
• Recommend sustainable and cost-effective construction solutions.
• Contribute to company R&D for upcoming projects.
