Architect/ Interior expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect / Interior Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in both interior and exterior design, with a strong portfolio in commercial interior projects. You will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality execution, effective budgeting, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage interior and exterior design projects across commercial spaces.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and consultants.
• Oversee project budgeting and ensure alignment with BOQ (Bill of Quantities) – optional.
• Monitor project execution to ensure design integrity and quality assurance.
• Maintain updated knowledge of materials, finishes, and design trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and client handling skills.
• Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction detailing.
• BOQ experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
