Graphics Designer & AI Image Generation Specialist

About the Role:

We are hiring a Graphics Designer & AI Image Generation Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and visual content creation. This is a real and active vacancy for a creative professional who can produce high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns and generate images using advanced AI tools.

The successful candidate will work on projects across industries including medical aesthetics, real estate, fashion, e-commerce, and FMCG, and must be capable of writing structured prompts in JSON and XML to guide AI image generation platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design visual assets for digital campaigns, including:
• Social media posts, banners, ads, and thumbnails
• Before-and-after treatment visuals and split-face comparisons
• Product showcases and promotional graphics
• Generate images using AI tools such as:
• Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Leonardo AI
• Gemini Image Generator and GPT-based image generation platforms
• Write structured prompts in JSON and XML to achieve specific visual styles and compositions
• Adapt designs for multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, websites, and email
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency
• Stay updated on design trends and AI model capabilities

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design or visual content creation
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design versatility and storytelling ability
• Experience with AI image generation platforms including Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Leonardo AI, Gemini Image Generator, and GPT-based tools
• Ability to write high-precision prompts in JSON and XML
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, and brand adaptation
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on campaigns in medical aesthetics, fashion, real estate, or e-commerce
• Familiarity with image upscaling, inpainting, and AI-based editing workflows
• Knowledge of animated graphics, cinemagraphs, or motion design
• Ability to collaborate with video editors and paid media specialists

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month
