Job Title: Graphic Designer for Hemp Distributor/In-House Brands

We’re looking to expand our team with a talented and driven Graphic Designer to support both the sales team and the Head Marketing and Design. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, an eye for detail, and enthusiasm for working across a variety of projects.

Job Overview: As a part-time Graphic Designer, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team with a variety of design tasks, from creating engaging catalogs and point-of-sale (POS) materials. You will also provide essential design assistance to the Head of Marketing and Design across various projects and across all in-house brands. Your creativity and organization will be key in helping the sales team meet their goals while supporting the design department in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, thinks creatively, and isn’t afraid to jump in and get things done.

Responsibilities:

Support Sales Team:

• Design and create catalogs, DAMS, product sheets, and promotional materials to support the sales team.
• Develop engaging point-of-sale (POS) displays and materials to drive product visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure designs align with marketing and sales strategies.

Design Support for Head of Design:

• Assist the head of design with various creative projects, including concept development, and execution.
• Support the design team with revisions, asset management, and ensuring consistency in design across all materials.

Creative & Design Tasks:

• Work on a variety of design projects, including digital and print media, keeping designs fresh and on-brand.
• Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends, industry standards, and new technologies to bring innovative solutions to the table.

Qualifications:

• Experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing your design skills across various formats (print, digital, packaging, etc.).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to take direction and feedback.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Education & Experience:

• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred, but not required (seniors in college encouraged to apply)
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design (internship or freelance experience will also be considered).
• Experience with design for sales, catalogs, POS and product packaging is highly desirable.
