About the Role
We are hiring a highly skilled Graphic Designer with strong expertise in branding, marketing creatives, and performance-driven e-commerce design.
This role is for designers who understand that design is not just visual — it drives conversion, clarity, and brand authority.
You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, Shopify developers, and marketing teams to produce scalable, high-impact visual assets across digital platforms.
This is not a template-based execution role. We are looking for structured thinking, strong fundamentals, and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Visual Identity
- Develop and maintain consistent brand identity systems
- Create typography, color, layout, and visual standards
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Contribute to visual storytelling and positioning
2. E-Commerce & Conversion Design
- Design high-converting product graphics and promotional banners
- Create landing page visuals and campaign assets
- Design creatives for paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Develop email marketing visuals aligned with campaign goals
- Optimize designs for clarity, engagement, and performance
3. Marketing & Social Media Creatives
- Create social media graphics, stories, reels covers, and ad creatives
- Design campaign visuals for product launches and seasonal promotions
- Adapt creatives for multiple sizes and platforms
- Maintain visual consistency across channels
4. UI Collaboration & Web Assets
- Work alongside UI/UX designers to support interface visuals
- Deliver developer-ready assets optimized for web performance
- Ensure responsiveness across mobile, tablet, and desktop
- Maintain clean file structure and organized handoff
5. Quality Assurance & Delivery
- Ensure pixel-perfect execution
- Deliver final production-ready files
- Maintain organized source files
- Meet deadlines in fast-paced project environments
Required Skills & Expertise (Non-Negotiable)
Technical & Design Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong working experience with Figma
- Deep understanding of typography, spacing, hierarchy, and color theory
- Strong layout and composition skills
- Knowledge of responsive design principles
E-Commerce & Performance Experience
- Experience designing for Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
- Understanding of conversion-focused design
- Experience creating performance marketing creatives
- Ability to balance aesthetics with measurable outcomes
Professional Experience
- 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding and marketing projects
- Experience working in agency or multi-brand environments preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
