About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate our brand message effectively across digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to produce high-quality graphics that enhance our brand identity and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media, websites, emails, brochures, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute design projects.
• Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design materials.
• Prepare and deliver final artwork for print and digital production.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and software tools.
• Assist in developing graphics for presentations, infographics, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across multiple mediums.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of web and digital design best practices, including social media and email marketing graphics.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic web design.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
