Position Summary

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and high-performing design work for both Leads Near Me and its clients. This role blends creativity, strategy, and execution across web, digital, and print mediums.

The ideal candidate is equal parts artist and problem-solver, capable of translating client goals into stunning, functional designs. Working closely with marketing strategists, developers, and clients, the Graphic Designer plays a key role in shaping brand identity and delivering exceptional visual experiences.

This is an in-office position located in Duluth, GA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design social media graphics, Google Business posts, website layouts, and digital marketing assets for automotive repair shop clients.
  • Participate in client intake calls to understand branding, tone, and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with web developers to bring visual concepts to life.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Maintain strong alignment with internal teams using project management and collaboration tools.
  • Stay informed on evolving design trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Communicate directly with clients and internal leadership to ensure creative alignment.
  • Contribute to internal marketing and branding needs for Leads Near Me.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (required).
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of professional graphic design experience; agency or web design experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in web, branding, and digital design.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and layout design.
  • Ability to prepare digital and web-ready graphics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Highly creative and open to feedback and collaboration.
  • Positive team attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus skills: Experience with Elementor or WordPress and familiarity with analytics tools.

Within the first six months, successful candidates will:

  • Be fully ramped on client accounts and brand standards
  • Consistently deliver assigned creative assets on schedule
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of client voice, audience, and marketing goals
  • Contribute creative ideas that improve client engagement and campaign performance

Work Schedule and Environment

  • Standard 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday.
  • Full-time, in-office role located in Duluth, GA.
  • Must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to starting work.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual Salary: $55,000 – $63,000
