Grandiose is a home-grown Retail chain giving its customers a different experience for shopping and dining in the UAE. The fast-growing dynamic business is looking for Graphic Designer (for CRM) in Marketing Dept for its Supermarket business vertical.


Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging and visually impactful designs that strengthen our customer relationships across newsletters, email campaigns, in-app communications, and CRM platforms.

The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, is detail-oriented, and understands how to translate brand messaging into compelling visuals that drive engagement, loyalty, and conversions.


Key Responsibilities:


CRM Creatives

  • Design visually compelling newsletters, email templates, and CRM banners.
  • Create graphics tailored for push notifications, app pop-ups, and other CRM touchpoints.
  • Ensure all assets reflect the brand’s identity and tone while engaging diverse user groups.

Campaign Support

  • Develop creatives for customer lifecycle campaigns including onboarding, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs with impactful visuals.
  • Deliver high-quality assets under tight timelines aligned with CRM campaign schedules.

Brand Messaging

  • Translate marketing and CRM strategies into engaging design solutions.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all CRM channels and touchpoints.
  • Work closely with CRM and marketing teams to ensure messages are clear and impactful.

User-Centric Design

  • Design with a focus on customer journey and engagement.
  • Ensure email and CRM assets are responsive and optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
  • Align creatives with UX best practices to maximize readability and interaction.

Research & Trend Analysis

  • Stay up to date with design trends in CRM, email marketing, and digital communication.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking to deliver fresh, competitive designs.
  • Experiment with new formats, layouts, and styles to boost performance.

Content Adaptation

  • Adapt creatives for multiple languages and market segments.
  • Resize and repurpose designs for newsletters, banners, push notifications, and social CRM tie-ins.

Quality Assurance

  • Review all assets for accuracy, branding, and technical compliance (email standards, responsive rendering, etc.).
  • Maintain an organized archive of design files for future campaigns and iterations.

Collaboration

  • Partner with CRM managers, copywriters, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Incorporate feedback effectively to refine and elevate design output.
