Video Editor

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly skilled and creative Motion Designer & Video Editor who can turn raw footage into captivating visual stories. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate content creation, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to integrate SFX, VFX, AI tools, and color grading to produce scroll-stopping videos.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce engaging real estate and social media videos.
• Design smooth motion graphics and apply visual effects (VFX) creatively.
• Use sound effects (SFX) and background music to enhance storytelling.
• Apply color grading to achieve cinematic quality.
• Utilize AI tools to improve workflow and creativity.
• Deliver high-quality videos within deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in motion design, video editing, and visual effects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing real estate or branded content.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other industry tools.
• Knowledge of AI-powered tools for video editing and enhancement.
• Strong sense of rhythm, storytelling, and visual composition.

Compensation:
Paid per video — rate based on project complexity and quality.
