Content Producers – Graphic Designer
Qualifications

Educational Background
: Degree or diploma or certified in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.

Technical Proficiency
:
-
Graphic designer (3 to 4 years experience) with deep understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and accessibility in design.

Knowledge of digital channel requirements (sizing, platform best practices, etc.), offline media artwork and motion graphics
-
Experience in using Adobe cloud suite

Work Ethic
:

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality visuals.

Soft Skills
:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and brand owners.

Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
-
Proficiency in both English and French is a must
Scope of Work

Content Planning
:
-
Collaborate with internal teams (CCS, Marketing…) to ensure all branded content aligns with Company’s brand values, and objectives.

Creative Development
:
-
Deliver creative works for wide range of materials including Presentations, Infographics, Email templates, Social media assets, Short-form videos, Digital and print banners…

Brand Compliance
:
-
Ensure all creative outputs strictly follow Company’s brand guidelines 2.0 and visual identity standards.

Project Delivery
:
-
Update or supplement the global digital assets to local ready-to-use materials
-
Track progress using Adobe Workfront
-
Deliver final assets on time and in the required formats, based on the agreed content calendar and project timelines.
