Graphic Designer – Full-Time (On-Site, Islamabad/Lahore)

We are looking for a creative, responsible, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role supports our student recruitment, marketing, and social media content for international education.

About the Role

You will work closely with our marketing team to create high-quality designs for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and internal branding. The ideal candidate understands clean, modern layouts and can design content that appeals to Pakistani students (16–30) and their parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, reels covers, banners, and promotional graphics
• Create and edit reels, short videos, and snippets for paid ads and organic content
• Produce clean, on-brand designs using iae GLOBAL Pakistan’s brand guidelines
• Support campaign visuals for UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Germany, USA & Malaysia
• Develop concepts for ads, testimonials, student stories, and educational guides
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms
• Work closely with the marketing & content teams to deliver timely, high-quality creatives
• Stay updated on design trends, especially in international student marketing

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (essential)
• Experience with video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
• Strong understanding of clean, minimal, modern design
• Ability to design for both Meta ads and organic posts
• Ability to work under deadlines with consistency and accuracy
• Minimum 1–3 years (Mid-Level) or 3–5 years (Senior) experience preferred

Preferred Skills (Not mandatory but a plus):

• Illustrator
• Experience designing for education or service-based businesses
• Understanding of Pakistani audience behavior on Meta platforms
