JOB OVERVIEW:
As a Graphic Designer, you will lead the creation of high-quality visual content across a variety of media, including digital platforms, print materials, branding, and marketing collateral. You will work closely with multiple departments to bring creative concepts to life while maintaining brand consistency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the design process for a variety of projects, including digital and print materials, advertising, web design, and branding assets.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring designs are visually aligned and maintain a consistent and cohesive identity across all platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns, working with senior designers or stakeholders as needed.
- Present design concepts and solutions to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard.
- Review and prepare final design files for production or digital development.
- Concept, manage, and art direct brand and product photography shoots, including collaboration with photographers.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and share new design ideas or tools.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend design solutions to improve workflow and creative output.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects across both digital and print media.
- Experience in branding, typography, and layout principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or other digital design tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work independently when needed.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience working within a brand or design system.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or UX/UI design principles.
- Experience in designing for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of print production processes and preparing designs for print.
